💼 About This Role

You'll assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical wellbeing through treatment and education in a home health setting. You'll provide care to adult and geriatric patients across Caswell, Person, and Orange counties. This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments as delegated by a licensed PT
• Conduct client education and appropriate interventions
• Perform tests and document patient progress
• Travel to patient homes in assigned territories

📋 Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as a PTA in North Carolina
• Graduation from a two-year college level program approved by APTA
• At least one year of work experience under a qualified Physical Therapist
