You'll lead normative ICAAP management and recovery planning for a leading FinTech. You'll ensure regulatory capital compliance across a multi-year horizon. This role offers significant exposure to senior management and regulatory authorities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead normative ICAAP management and ensure regulatory capital compliance.
• Develop and maintain the bank's Recovery Plan with monthly reporting.
• Manage New Product Process (NPP) oversight and provide risk sign-offs.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management or risk consulting in banking.
• Hands-on experience with ICAAP, Recovery Planning, and NPP/AT 8.2.
• Solid knowledge of MaRisk and Basel III regulatory requirements.
