You'll act as a high-stakes talent consultant, not a traditional recruiter, for Supermetrics' People team. Your core mission is to protect and elevate Talent Density during a critical evolution phase, focusing on calibrating hiring bars and architecting closing strategies. This role offers the chance to anchor an automated pipeline with human expertise, leaving manual recruiting behind.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Act as consultative talent partner using data to define hiring standards
- Lead executive-level calibration sessions with business leaders
- Own high-stakes closing and candidate experience at final stages
- Bridge Talent Operations and Hiring Managers when automation snags arise
๐ Requirements
- Significant experience leading in-house recruiting at senior level in B2B SaaS
- High proficiency with data extraction and reporting from Greenhouse or CrossChq
- Confidence to respectfully question senior leaders on hiring criteria
- Deep specialized knowledge in at least one vertical (GTM, Product Engineering)
