You'll develop and enhance key Web application features for an all-in-one maintenance and OEE monitoring platform. Your work will drive predictive maintenance capabilities and real-time equipment effectiveness for industrial clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship products on strong foundations with engineers and technical leaders.
• Build high quality end-to-end product experiences for platforms.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Develop and lead the team against short-term and long-term roadmaps.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
• 3+ years dedicated to React.
• Deep understanding of React patterns (compound, presentational, HOC).
• Experience in caching strategies or async state management for high data load applications.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in high-growth tech frontend platform development.
• Experience in offline or desktop applications using Electron/Tauri.
• Fluent in English.
