You will build and maintain internal React Native frameworks, developer tooling, and shared infrastructure at Chime, directly improving app quality and performance for millions of members. Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams, automate mobile CI/CD, drive platform upgrades, and write documentation to empower other engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain internal React Native frameworks and developer tooling
• Collaborate to improve app quality, performance, and observability
• Automate mobile CI/CD and release orchestration
• Drive mobile platform upgrades and manage compatibility
• Lead mobile release process across iOS and Android

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years cross-platform mobile development, ideally React Native
• Strong TypeScript, React, React Native
• Experience with iOS/Android build and distribution systems
• Proficiency in profiling and improving app performance
• Familiarity with observability tools (Bugsnag, Datadog, Sentry, Amplitude)
