π― What You'll Do
- Provide overall project leadership and governance
- Develop and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule
- Lead client engagement and executive communication
- Oversee workforce demand analyses and supply assessments
π Requirements
- Masterβs degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
- 7β10 years of experience in workforce planning or human capital consulting
- Experience leading large-scale federal consulting engagements
- Expertise in workforce demand modeling and gap assessment methodologies

- Experience with federal modernization initiatives
- Ability to mentor junior consultants
