You'll join BlueCat's Corporate Services team supporting internal IT operations. Your core impact will be ensuring seamless technical support for employees across hybrid environments. This role stands out with an award-winning culture and great workplace recognition.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide first-line IT support to employees via ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain and configure workstations and peripherals.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-2 years of IT helpdesk experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory user management.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Certification in CompTIA A+ or similar.
  • Familiarity with network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with SaaS tools (Office 365, Slack, Zoom).
