📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in Agile environments with enterprise coaching
• 5+ years coaching mature Agile teams beyond initial adoption
• Strong expertise in Scrum and Kanban frameworks applied in real-world contexts
• Proven ability to improve Agile maturity and drive behavioral change
