💼 About This Role

You'll own Oktopost's marketing infrastructure, demand generation engine, and data architecture, ensuring reliable data flows and accurate attribution across all digital channels. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to turn marketing activity into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This role requires working from our Ramat Gan office a minimum of 3 days per week for close collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own marketing infrastructure across web, automation, CRM, and paid media.
  • Design and manage end-to-end data flows from first touch to revenue.
  • Own tracking architecture including GTM, conversion events, and attribution.
  • Define lead capture, routing, enrichment, and lifecycle processes.
  • Own demand generation strategy and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with focus on systems and data.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo including workflow design and lead processing.
  • Strong experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and event measurement.
  • Proven experience owning demand generation programmes with accountability for pipeline.

  • Experience with Salesforce integration and offline conversion tracking.
  • Experience designing account-based marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing external agencies and defining technical requirements.
