🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate site activation and regulatory documentation for clinical trials
• Serve as communication link between clinical sites, project teams, and stakeholders
• Maintain study documentation in eTMF and tracking systems
• Monitor timelines, enrollment, and payment reconciliation

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as Project Coordinator in clinical research or CRO
• Experience with site start-up and global clinical trials
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with regulatory submissions or audit preparation
• Additional European or Asian language skills
• Experience mentoring junior team members
