🎯 What You'll Do

• Represent clients in Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals
• Prepare family-based and removal defense immigration applications
• Conduct strategic consultations and develop case strategies
• Prepare legal briefs and client testimony for court or USCIS

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of Immigration Law experience
• Active bar admission in California
• Experience with family-based petitions and removal defense
• Ability to manage a caseload and move legal cases forward
