💼 About This Role

You'll lead the agency partnerships strategy for GCS at JioStar, driving scaled revenue through network and independent agencies. You'll shape GTM narratives and position JioStar as a preferred growth partner for emerging brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead agency strategy for GCS across network and independent agencies
• Own agency-led revenue targets and drive predictable, scalable revenue
• Build long-term partnerships with key agency groups and co-create GTM narratives
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of ADs and KAMs

📋 Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in digital/media sales with agency ecosystem exposure
• Strong relationships with network agencies and independent agency leaders
• Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale revenue charters
• Deep expertise in digital advertising, performance marketing, and platform monetization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in building GTM strategies and scaling new business lines
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Content)
