Description

You will own the strategy, execution, and go-to-market for next-generation fintech products in stablecoin payments and card issuing, working cross-functionally to launch and scale innovative financial solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in cards issuance and stablecoin payments
• Proven experience building and scaling financial products from 0 to 1 in high-growth environments
• Strong technical acumen and ability to work with API-driven products
• Deep understanding of card issuance, payment processing, crypto/stablecoin, or BaaS
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for stablecoin-based fintech products
• Build and scale embedded finance solutions in card issuance and stablecoin payments
• Execute cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, legal, and compliance
• Conduct customer and market research to understand pain points and competitive dynamics
• Prioritize features using data analytics, user insights, and industry trends
