You'll lead test automation efforts for a new AI-powered platform on a high-velocity Core team at Toptal. Your work will directly improve product quality and team efficiency through automated testing and process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and improve automated test suites.
• Identify, record, and track bugs.
• Review code from white box and black box perspectives.
• Collaborate on acceptance criteria and definition of done.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in test automation engineering
• Proficiency in RSpec, Jest, Playwright, or Cypress
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or Node.js
• Senior-level experience mentoring and leading QA efforts

• Experience with React and TypeScript
• Product management background
• Knowledge of Slack bot testing
