🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze healthcare data needs for interoperability workflows
• Define requirements for healthcare data interfaces using HL7, FHIR, X12
• Lead discovery workshops with payers and providers
• Perform SQL-based data profiling and validation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Business/Data Analyst in healthcare
• Deep knowledge of HL7 v2, FHIR R4, X12 EDI, C-CDA
• Understanding of healthcare data domains like claims, member, provider
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and profiling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ETL pipelines and integration tools like Mirth Connect, InterSystems, Talend, AWS Glue
• Familiarity with FHIR RESTful APIs and SMART on FHIR concepts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in distributed teams
