• Lead and implement logistics operation SOPs and manage project milestones
• Oversee warehouse receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
• Manage staff recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluation
• Provide end-user training on operational SOPs and WMS

📋 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent
• 8+ years of warehouse operational experience
• Supply chain knowledge and project management methodology
• English language fluency
