You'll engage homeowners through direct outreach to generate interest in remodeling services, no selling required. You'll build skills for a career in management or sales. This role offers uncapped performance bonuses and PTO available on Day 1.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage homeowners through direct in-person outreach
• Introduce remodeling services and special offers
• Generate interest and schedule free product demonstrations
• Represent the brand in local neighborhoods

📋 Requirements

• No experience required
• Availability to work afternoons and evenings (12pm-8pm)
• Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours/day
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather
