You'll take ownership of DAS and small cell networks in large-scale venues, ensuring peak system performance and partner satisfaction. You'll collaborate with a tight-knit team to tackle complex technical challenges and maintain cutting-edge infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage procurement for venue hardware and subcontractor labor.
• Optimize network performance with system integrators and deployment team.
• Review and approve system integrator reports for carrier KPI compliance.
• Analyze system health data and perform quality control checks.
• Conduct routine health checks, preventative maintenance, and system testing.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience as a DAS or Cellular Field Engineer.
• Familiarity with DAS OEMs (CommScope, JMA, Corning, SOLiD).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and RF schematics.
• Proficiency in updating reports and trouble tickets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications in test equipment like Anritsu Sweep Master.
• Basic LAN Layer 1/2 troubleshooting including Cisco CLI.
• Experience with electrical wiring and ESD products.
