You'll serve as the central point across Product and Technology Operations, ensuring security, risk, stability, and resilience of our systems. You'll guide the TechOps team in troubleshooting, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and improving release quality. This role offers the chance to solve complex challenges for a digital-native bank in Singapore.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide TechOps team in troubleshooting and debugging customer issues
• Own system reliability and reduce technical debt
• Standardize engagement model and incident management procedures
• Prepare runbooks and ensure L1 support readiness

📋 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in technology operations
• Strong background with Sumologic and PagerDuty
• Familiar with distributed systems, performance tuning, and caching mechanisms
• Knowledge of AWS resources such as EC2, RDS, EKS, and CloudWatch

• Experience in incident management and system reliability
• Familiarity with automation and optimization techniques
• Educational background in Computer Science or related fields
