You will partner with key stakeholders to drive data-driven strategic decisions through advanced Tableau development, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting leadership with actionable insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of business intelligence or business analytics experience
• Proficiency in SQL and a BI tool (Tableau preferred)
• Ability to translate business questions into effective visualizations and metrics
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strategic thinker with experience translating quantitative measures into operational insights

Responsibilities

• Advanced Tableau development including dashboard design and data source management
• Own data analysis, availability, and adoption for GTM leadership and end-users
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting for Leadership and Board meetings
• Support ad hoc data requests and enable self-service drill-downs in Tableau
• Collaborate to scale data dictionary and maintain single source of truth
