Description

You will prepare, assess, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts, provide legal counsel to internal stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contractual terms with business objectives.

Requirements

• 2-10 years PQE in-house legal experience
• Right to work in the UK and eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK
• Strong commercial understanding and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional European languages desirable

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assess, and negotiate commercial contracts (vendor, client, licensing, confidentiality)
• Provide legal counsel on contractual risks, compliance, and mitigation
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance to align terms with business objectives
