💼 About This Role

You'll join SpaceX's merchandise team to design apparel, patches, and branded products that excite the public about space travel. You'll own the product design process from concept to production handoff, collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, mission-branded merchandise. This role offers the chance to shape SpaceX's brand identity through innovative product design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with merchandise team to design new products informed by key company milestones
• Design customer gifting items including mission patches, signing gifts, and event products
• Own product design process from initial concept to production handoff
• Maintain tech packs, fit charts, color standards, and fabric specifications

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or artistic field
• 5+ years of experience in product, graphic, and merchandise design

✨ Nice to Have

• Impressive design portfolio including merchandise and graphic designs
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience working with a fashion/apparel brand
