Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in systems engineering
• Strong knowledge of on-premises and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT infrastructure 24x7x365, report and resolve alerts
• Escalate issues to Level 2/3 as per policies
• Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, chat
• Analyze performance data and logs to determine root cause of outages
• Manage cloud environments (Azure, AWS) per security guidelines
