You will lead the accounts payable function across EMEA, overseeing invoice processing and payment execution, while driving automation and process improvements. Your work ensures accurate, timely service delivery and strong supplier relationships in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Requirements

• Completed Accounting qualification (MBO level or higher)
• At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in international SSC environment
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable and P2P operations in multinational context
• Fluent in English; additional European languages an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the AP team including performance management and training
• Oversee invoice processing, PO matching, and month-end activities to meet SLAs and KPIs
• Drive process improvements through automation and use of AP metrics
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors for compliance and effective P2P communication
