You'll grow patient referrals by building relationships with healthcare providers in Northern Virginia. Your core impact is connecting more patients with life-changing nutrition support through field-based partnership development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Spend ~4 days per week in the field meeting providers within a 1-hour radius.
• Prospect and identify new provider partners through research and outreach.
• Convert leads into referral partners by building trust and credibility.
• Foster long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff.

📋 Requirements

• Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharma/med device/healthcare preferred).
• Territory building experience from the ground up with strategic ownership.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and quick system adoption.
• Exceptional communication skills with strong time management.
