💼 About This Role

You'll support the County of Santa Clara Public Health Department in strengthening community-based overdose prevention efforts and enhance operational systems for effective program implementation. This role focuses on expanding access to lifesaving resources, strengthening partnerships, and developing sustainable systems for data-informed decision making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new distribution channels for overdose reversal medications.
• Design and implement policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Lead development of a volunteer engagement program for community outreach.
• Develop program toolkits documenting best practices and workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in project management, report writing, or public health administration.
• Experience in overdose prevention, substance use services, or community-based health programming.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom.
