You'll work as an in-house AI and Automation Champion to redesign internal operations using cutting-edge AI tools. You'll map workflows, pilot AI agents, and drive adoption across teams at a fast-growing deep tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map internal workflows and identify AI automation opportunities
• Research, evaluate, and pilot AI tools and automation platforms
• Own end-to-end rollout of AI agents and automation solutions
• Build guides and playbooks for AI tool adoption

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled or graduated in a Computer Science or related field
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Strong systems thinking to identify automation opportunities
• Comfortable moving fast and iterating with incomplete information

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python scripting or API integrations
• Familiarity with prompt engineering
• German language skills
