You'll generate meetings with prospects and qualify leads for Alan's Sales team, working with Account Executives to help grow our B2B customer base in Belgium. Your core impact is driving new business through outbound prospecting and Smart & Soft selling. This role offers a fast-track to learning sales from top performers.

- Generate meetings with prospects to achieve company objectives
- Develop outbound sales leads and run email campaigns
- Qualify leads and allocate them to Account Executives
- Apply the Smart & Soft selling method
๐ Requirements
- Passion for sales
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Highly organized with follow-up skills
- Empathy for customer problems
