💼 About This Role

You'll prep vehicles for paint including sanding, masking, and buffing at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center. You'll play a key role in delivering first-rate cars to customers. We offer training programs to progress your skills and pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sand, mask, tape, bag, and unbag vehicles
• Buff and prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork
• Tear down and reassemble vehicle parts
• Operate tools and equipment in a production environment

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and MVR check
• Minimum 18 years of age

• ASE certifications
• Knowledge of safety equipment usage
