🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers.
• Oversee scalability, reliability, performance, and security of AWS infrastructure.
• Drive operational excellence in CI/CD, GitOps, and observability.
• Manage cloud spending and implement FinOps strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology roles, including 5+ years managing cloud infrastructure teams.
• Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem, including EKS, IAM, VPC, RDS.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Advanced knowledge of GitOps and CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions).

• Experience with Cloudflare technologies (WAF, CDN, edge).
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and zero-trust architectures.
• Cloud cost optimization and FinOps experience.
