You'll re-engage customers and optimize data records for our online credit comparison platform. You'll help customers navigate their loan application and pass leads to specialists. This role offers no cold calling and uncapped commission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize and complete customer data records via phone (outbound)
• Support customers with data entry for loan applications
• Forward customer inquiries to credit specialists
• Participate in process improvement and quality management

📋 Requirements

• First customer-facing experience, ideally phone-based (sales or service)
• Native-level German communication skills
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new tools
• Reliable, self-sufficient, and strong time management
