You'll design learning programs and courses for SoFi's operations employees, supporting a next-generation financial services company. You'll create engaging training materials and consult with stakeholders to improve employee growth. This role offers the chance to shape learning strategies using latest trends and AI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create e-learning, instructor-led training, infographics, and videos
• Consult with subject matter experts to design materials from scratch
• Manage content libraries using learning management systems (LMS)
• Develop learning assessments and manage multiple projects in JIRA

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or 3 years related experience
• Minimum 2 years of Instructional Design experience
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Articulate 360 tools
• Experience with ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models

• Master’s degree
• Experience in FinTech, banking, or financial services
