You'll lead an engineering team building AI-powered communication agents that transform customer engagement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Code and build new products at least one-third of your time
• Conduct regular 1-1s and unblock engineers
• Manage hiring pipeline and conduct technical interviews
• Perform code reviews and aid in releasing features

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year as an engineering manager at a startup
• Experience working in a remote engineering team environment
• Great written communication skills for asynchronous work
• Desire to be involved in entire project development process
