💼 About This Role

You'll help run a Hot Topic store, supporting the team and ensuring fans get the merch they love. You'll drive customer experience and sales results through product knowledge and leadership. This role offers a chance to work in a fan-first culture with music and pop culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide amazing shopping experiences to encourage return visits.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong communication, time management, and professionalism.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Knowledge of sales KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
