As an Account Manager at Sigmoid, you'll drive customer success and growth in Fortune 1000 companies by managing account strategies, building relationships, and closing sales opportunities. You'll work with data and analytics solutions to help clients make faster business decisions.
Requirements
- MBA from premium B-school in Sales/Marketing or related discipline
- 10-20 years B2B Sales and Account Management experience with Fortune 1000 enterprise customers
- 8+ years in account management
- Experience in enterprise B2B selling across BFSI/CPG/Healthcare/Retail/Manufacturing desired
- Technically savvy with Big Data and associated technologies
Responsibilities
- Manage account management strategy implementation and validation
- Lead account growth planning and road map for the team
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within existing logos
- Handle escalations and respond to RFI/RFP
- Participate in regular account reviews and quarterly planning
