🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Histology department
• Ensure accurate and timely laboratory test results
• Train, mentor, and schedule laboratory personnel
• Maintain quality assurance records and equipment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Active ASCP Board of Certification (HT or HLT)
• 4+ years Histology laboratory experience
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and state regulations
• Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems
• Microsoft Office skills
