You'll partner with Sales Leadership to drive operational excellence across pipeline management, forecasting, compensation, and performance analytics. You'll act as a trusted advisor, bringing structure and insights to GTM decision-making. This role offers the chance to shape how revenue is planned and executed at an AdTech leader with a strong AI-driven platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and deal execution.
  • Design and maintain variable compensation plans like MBOs, SPIFFs, and STIPs.
  • Own data accuracy and governance across Salesforce, Highspot, and Gong.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for pipeline, performance, and compensation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting.
  • Direct experience designing and managing variable compensation plans.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce reporting.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with data analysis and visualization.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Highspot and Gong.
  • Experience in AdTech or DSP environment.
