You'll partner with Sales Leadership to drive operational excellence across pipeline management, forecasting, compensation, and performance analytics. You'll act as a trusted advisor, bringing structure and insights to GTM decision-making. This role offers the chance to shape how revenue is planned and executed at an AdTech leader with a strong AI-driven platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and deal execution.
- Design and maintain variable compensation plans like MBOs, SPIFFs, and STIPs.
- Own data accuracy and governance across Salesforce, Highspot, and Gong.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for pipeline, performance, and compensation.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting.
- Direct experience designing and managing variable compensation plans.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce reporting.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with data analysis and visualization.

- Experience with Highspot and Gong.
- Experience in AdTech or DSP environment.
