Description

You will act as a finance business partner to core corporate functions, handling monthly financial controlling, forecasting, budgeting, and driving cost efficiencies. You'll support corporate reporting and financial projects in a global, matrixed organization.

Requirements

• 5–10 years relevant experience, ideally in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing, with minimum 3 years in FP&A
• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
• Proven success in preparing financial forecasts and budgets
• Proficiency with SAP or other fully integrated ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Finance business partner to Corporate Business Development, Risk Management, Tax, Government Relations, and EHS teams
• Monthly financial controlling, compliance with internal controls, and analysis
• Month-end closing, forecasting, and annual budgeting for responsible functions
• Support corporate and group reporting and annual budgeting exercise
• Drive cost and efficiency improvements and support financial projects including new platform implementation and M&A integrations
