Description

You will support the People Operations team by handling onboarding and offboarding, responding to HR inquiries, managing HRIS data, and collaborating with payroll. This hybrid role is based in Herndon, VA, and focuses on ensuring a great employee experience from hire to exit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of HR experience including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data management, and payroll
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and payroll software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for pre- and post-onboarding activities
• Oversee new hire orientation, including training and documentation
• Manage employee offboarding process including exit interviews and equipment returns
• Process HR transactions through HRIS/ADP and perform HRIS data management and audits
• Administer leave management, wellness program, and employee engagement programs
