You'll handle privacy complaints and support investigations for Discord's Privacy team, working from established playbooks. You'll serve as an escalation point for BPO contractors and assist with regulatory engagements. This is a high-execution role requiring strong organization and attention to detail.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle user privacy complaints using established workflows.
• Support investigations by gathering account information and summarizing findings.
• Serve as escalation point for BPO contractor queue triage.
• Prepare materials for regulatory inquiries and data protection authorities.

📋 Requirements

• 1.5+ years in trust and safety, legal response, or privacy operations.
• Ability to follow established playbooks with consistent judgment.
• Clear, concise written communication for escalations.
• Comfort working independently on defined workflows.
