Description

You will shape how Marqeta identifies, assesses, and monitors risk across the organization by driving the design and implementation of a modern ERM framework. Your work will translate emerging and existing risks into actionable business insights for cross-functional leaders, enabling risk-balanced growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years in risk, audit, or compliance
• Deep understanding of modern GRC platforms and AI/automation integration
• Experience building dashboards and data pipelines for risk/compliance
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive development and maturation of ERM framework
• Facilitate enterprise-wide risk workshops
• Maintain Enterprise Risk Register and track KRIs using Power BI, Tableau
• Define and operationalize risk treatment program
• Assist in implementing GRC system solutions and AI-powered risk tools
