💼 About This Role

You'll own the analytics engine behind Sales and Customer Service performance, driving headcount modeling, CAC reporting, and operational insights that fuel efficient growth. You'll partner cross-functionally to turn complex data into clear recommendations that improve performance and optimize customer outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own monthly reporting end-to-end: validate data, prepare insight-driven memos.
• Manage commission payouts and partner on payout strategy and target-setting.
• Build and evolve headcount models for Sales, Customer Service, and Underwriting.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify workflow optimization opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Experience owning operational reporting and financial models for Sales or Customer Service.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Excel or Google Sheets for complex analysis.
• Experience managing commission calculations or incentive compensation processes.
• Deep understanding of operational and financial metrics such as conversion rates and CAC.
