Description

You will monitor and manage Active Directory, server performance, patching, backups, and disaster recovery for a leading IT management solutions provider. Your role ensures minimal service disruption and data integrity across virtualized environments.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
• Hands-on expertise in server monitoring and alert triage
• Solid knowledge of disk/storage management and Windows patch management
• Experience with Hyper-V clustering and backup/disaster recovery
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, routing)

Responsibilities

• Perform server monitoring and troubleshooting for Active Directory components including DNS, DHCP, RDS, DFS Replication, GPOs
• Triage and resolve server performance alerts (CPU, memory, disk, service-level)
• Manage Windows patching, Exchange CU updates, and Hyper-V VM patching
• Monitor backup jobs and participate in Disaster Recovery operations
• Troubleshoot virtualization platforms (Hyper-V/VMware) and antivirus/security apps
