Description
You will work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market strategy to test growth initiatives and shape lead generation. You'll execute outbound/inbound prospecting, build playbooks, and provide market insights that directly influence company scaling.
Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
- Comfortable in fast-changing, experimental environment
- Execution-driven with strong ownership mentality
- Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative with Sales and Marketing
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound/inbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Partner with Marketing to design and test new go-to-market strategies
- Track and analyze campaign performance with structured insights
- Build and refine outbound/inbound playbooks from real-world learnings
- Manage daily outreach, research, and discovery conversations to meet activity targets
