🎯 What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries in French via email and social media.
- Manage order processing, shipment tracking, and returns using Gorgias and Shopify.
- Engage with the community to build long-term loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Provide flexible support during product launches and promotional spikes.
📋 Requirements
- Native or professional-level fluency in French (C2).
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support or Community Management in D2C/E-commerce.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of 30–40 hours per week.
- Comfortable working later shift coverage to meet market demand.
