🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries in French via email and social media.
  • Manage order processing, shipment tracking, and returns using Gorgias and Shopify.
  • Engage with the community to build long-term loyalty and brand advocacy.
  • Provide flexible support during product launches and promotional spikes.

📋 Requirements

  • Native or professional-level fluency in French (C2).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support or Community Management in D2C/E-commerce.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of 30–40 hours per week.
  • Comfortable working later shift coverage to meet market demand.
