Description

You will lead and grow a Customer Success team in Bengaluru, helping to increase customer retention and happiness, identify expansion opportunities, and promote product adoption. You'll recruit, mentor, and develop team members, define metrics, and build programs to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant experience in CS, AM, or similar customer-facing roles
  • 8+ years working within or supporting large enterprises
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Experience with fast-growing teams and data-driven decision making
  • Technical aptitude, exposure to enterprise infrastructure technologies

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor and develop individuals on the CSM team
  • Define and lead analytical metrics to guide team direction
  • Deliver against quarterly and long-term targets
  • Craft and execute initiatives to grow retention, expansion, satisfaction, and adoption
  • Build and maintain relationships across teams and offices
