💼 About This Role

You'll own technical delivery of agentic AI solutions in customer environments, from design through production rollout. You'll build integrations, write production code, and act as the primary technical anchor for customers. This role combines hands-on engineering with customer leadership at a well-funded AI startup backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and integrate Ema's agentic AI platform for customer requirements
• Build and maintain REST and gRPC APIs across enterprise SaaS systems
• Translate business workflows into feasible agentic AI workflows
• Stabilize multi-tenant SaaS deployments and harden for production

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in technical implementation or post-sales engineering
• Hands-on production experience with agentic AI, automation, or LLM applications
• Strong back-end engineering in Python and/or Go
• Experience designing and building APIs (REST, gRPC) and enterprise integrations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Background in fast-growing startups or enterprise platform companies
• Working knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, Elastic, Redis, Clickhouse
