Description

As a Merchandising Consultant, you will manage software implementation projects, perform business analysis, configure RELEX tools, and support sales. This role offers the opportunity to drive value for retailers and contribute to a fast-growing company.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Management or Business Administration OR 5+ years in retail
• Experience with grocery/CPG/FMCG retailer or supplier
• Strong interest in retail technology
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced English and native Spanish

Responsibilities

• Manage and participate in consultancy, data analysis, and software implementation projects
• Lead process development workshops and analyze data/KPIs
• Configure RELEX tools and train customers
• Manage existing customers post-project, gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver value
• Support sales as a merchandising subject matter specialist
