💼 About This Role

You'll oversee financial service delivery for mission-driven clients as an outsourced CFO. You'll manage GAAP-compliant financial statements, audits, and grant reporting. This remote role offers up to four weeks vacation and a collaborative, remote-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee financial statement preparation, AP, AR, and grant reporting.
• Review financial statements for GAAP compliance.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for clients.
• Serve as liaison to authorizers, counties, and state agencies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 7 years of experience with staff oversight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct or similar nonprofit accounting systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA certification.
• Charter school finance experience.
