💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate marketing initiatives across digital channels for EQ Bank and Equitable Bank. You'll keep projects on track, manage resourcing, and identify risks early. This role requires strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate standups and maintain workback schedules
• Manage project intake and allocate resources via Float
• Monitor JIRA boards for ticket hygiene and workflow discipline
• Act as first gate of QA for email, ads, and web content

📋 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of marketing project coordination or digital operations experience
• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree in a related field
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving abilities

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CMS and DAM systems
• Experience with JIRA, Float, Canva, and MS Office tools
• PMP and/or Scrum certification
